Open Speed and Agility Training

Concordia Soccer Club is happy to announce the return of Speed and Agility Training that is open to all athletes of any sport. Marty Thompson will run the program, he comes to Concordai with the following credentials.
* M.Ed., CSCS
* Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 Years of coaching experience
* Trained professional athletes in NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Lacrosse
* Trained NCAA athletes (football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, swimming, track and field, lacrosse, tennis, golf).
